First: Troubleshooting
- Confirm whether to use the water from the bottle? If not enough: add water
- – Use tap water: Confirm which handpiece have this problem
Second:Fault confirmation and analysis
A. Single or two handpieces have the same phenomenon: the corresponding water pressing valve is leaking air, just replace the valve body or diaphragm
B. Three handpieces have the same situation: Test whether the assistant tray 3 – way syringe is functioning normally
(1) Abnormal: Check whether the water supply in the clinic is functioning properly
→ Abnormal: Clinic water issue
→ Normal: For the unit box air integrated vavle, change the integrated vavle
(2) Normal: Scaler water pressing vavle is air leakage, exchange vavle or the diaphragm
一、Water in the air when the dental handpiece is Working 代码：A-2
Confirm how many dental handpieces have the problem of water in the driving air.
- Single or two handpiece have same issue:The 3 in 1 valve or the internal diaphragm is damaged. Replacement is required.
- Three similar issues: Open the unit box door and check if there is water in the air filter
- No water: the problem may lie in the 3 in 1 valve or its internal diaphragm being damaged. Replacing the triple diaphragm is sufficient.
- water present: The air intake source is not dry. Deal with the air intake source properly. Drain the air compressor regularly or add a drying system.
二、The cooling water of the handpiece cannot be shut off while working代码：A-3
Comfire is the work hand piece still being used as a work handpiece
- For work handpiece: If the water regulating valve is damaged, simply replace it.
- Right :hanging is damaged exchang is sufficient
- False: Exchang 3 in 1 valve or triple diaphragm
三、Handpiece is powerless代码：A-4
Turn up air pressure and then test , pay attention to checking if the air pressure on tool tray is too low (less than 0.2MPa)
- Less than 0.2MPa:
When handpiece are operating, check if the air pressure show on the unit box pressure meter reaches (0.55-0.6MPa）
- Usually(0.2-0.3MPa): chang another handpiece test if appear same situation.
